The Earth Hour Movement was created last year by a group of people who wanted to inspire people to take action on climate change. Their idea was to ask the people of Sydney to turn off their lights for one hour. Well, 2.2 Million people and 2100 businesses joined forces, powered down and reduced Sydney’s [...] Yesterday was blog action day and while I think it was an outstanding initiative, I wondered what effect that day had on people… I mean, it’s great to get the word out and get people thinking and talking about the environment but that is just the first step.
