My son gave me a new superhero name the other day; He called me computer mama and said my super power was to type really really fast. So yes, getting away from the computer is essential… or perhaps I should just start inquiring how I can have a plug installed in the back of my neck like in the Matrix…. ;-) Now THAT would be a great productivity tool!
