Good morning everyone!
In my previous post, I submitted the idea that letting go of fear was as easy as trying. It truly is. But sometimes, our fears return and we need a simple way of ridding ourselves of the negative emotions that keep us from taking the next step. Breathing helps, meditation helps, laughter and movement help but sometimes all we need is to change our focus. I came across this video yesterday and knew I had to share it with you.

I took a leap of faith on Monday and it paid off in ways I could not have anticipated. I wonder what would happen if we took leaps of faith every day?
