No joke! Laughter is the best medicine. ;-)

Adults tend to take themselves too seriously. We live highly stressed, fast paced lives and we take very little time to just laugh and be silly.

It’s too bad really… because we all know laughter is a wonderful, all-natural and free remedy for many serious health problems such as stress, heart disease, depression and more. This Holistic Online article is also interesting because it outlines the many benefits that laughter can have on your body.)

The point is; it doesn’t matter what makes you laugh, just laugh! Ha!!!!!!! And by all means, laugh at your kids jokes no matter how silly. It will make them feel happy and that will make you feel happy too!

The last thing that made me laugh out loud was this crazy Japanese Prank video I saw on on YouTube last week. I don’t know why I think it’s so funny (my husband thought I had lost my mind) but when I saw this I was laughing so hard I cried.  (Just looking at it now, I am laughing my head off all over again.  ;-) ) ~10 minutes pass~

Ok, so I have to ask; When was the last time you laughed? Not just a slight giggle … I’m talking about ROFL. If you have to sit there and think back, it’s been too long.
