Buying a car - Using the law of attraction to find the car we need.
So, after going through weeks of thinking about our needs and going around to try different kinds of cars on for size… we realized that what we needed was a small, safe yet sporty 4 door sedan that had great fuel economy. Easy enough right? But how to pick the right car from the right dealership? Simple… law of attraction baby.

My husband and I simply began visualizing exactly what we needed. For some unexplainable reason, both of us had a mental image of a silver car with a rear spoiler. So every morning, we would wake up and think of ourselves driving around in that silver car.
I began looking on the internet again and bingo… I found the exact car we had envisioned. It was a Mazda Protege. (the bonus for this car was actually the name… I know you car experts out there are rolling your eyes because I am sure there are a million other more important things to consider when buying a car but for me the name was a selling point… why? Because in French, Protege means protected and I loved that.) I made a short list of about 10 Proteges in different dealerships around our place and then began calling them to get more info. All the cars I had short listed had either been sold or were out of our price range by a few thousand…
Keeping the faith when doors seem to close.
Now the old me would have gotten frustrated as our need for a new car was a really pressing one… but I had this clear vision in my mind that I would find that silver car and have it before the week ended.
It was Tuesday and I was on a mission to test the Law of Attraction.
I called a Suzuki dealership and asked if they had a Protege on the lot. The saleswoman said they didn’t. Now, the call could have ended there. But the saleswoman did something that no other dealership had done in my 9 other calls. She asked me what I needed in a car. She initiated a dialogue with us that ultimately brought us into her dealership to see a 2003 Suzuki Aerio… a car that had not even been close to our radar.
She greeted us with a smile and an honest handshake and brought us to the car she had mentionned on the phone. Oh my goodness…. Shivers ran down my spine when I saw the car in question. It was a silver 4 door sedan with a large trunk, great fuel economy, a spoiler and mag wheels!!! It had everything on our needs list and more!!! Plus, it was right on target with our budget. We bought it on the spot and we were driving it home on the Friday evening… just as I had envisionned.
What I now understand about the LAW OF ATTRACTION
The law of attraction is constantly working for us. It brings us whatever we believe in our mind. So as Mike Dooley of Totally Unique Toughts says: Thoughts become things. So choose the right ones.
When we got a clear picture of what we needed and really wanted, the law of attraction delivered our silver car on a silver platter. Everything came all at once in an easy breesy blissfully simple manner. WOW!
Plus, since I am always making every word count, I love that our car is silver because in French, silver is called Argent, and “Argent” means money. So I guess that we are now rolling around in money!!! You gotta Love it!
